Where do I find you?
You can find us at Unit 2, Greene Parade, Thomas St, OL4 5DA. Side of the Barclays cash machine, near the Lee’s Library.
Do I have to book prior?
We kindly ask that all visits to Tiny Tots Village be booked in advance to help us maintain a calm, well-prepared environment for all families. Any same-day availability will be shared on our Instagram page—follow us on Tiny.totsvillage to stay informed.
Do you have special events?
We host special events throughout the year, and will be hosting a range of parent and child activities. Follow us on social media to stay up-to-date!
What age range is it suitable for?
While we don’t enforce a specific age limit, our play space is just right for tiny tots from newborns to around 8 years old, as every child develops at their own pace.
Can I reschedule/ cancel?
You can reschedule or cancel your booking up to 12 hours before your visit. After that, we won’t be able to make changes or offer refunds.
If you don’t show up for your session, unfortunately, we can’t refund your booking.
Please remember, if you come without a booking and the session is full, we might need to ask you to wait or come back another time.
Our events don’t offer refunds, and external class providers may have their own policies.
